Manto Cuba Mine, Inca de Oro, Chile
11cm x 10cm
Lustrous maroon-red crystals and clusters of cubo-octahedral cuprite combine with crystalized “threads” of native copper are combined to create a stunning specimen. It is an all-around specimen meaning that from any angle the view is interesting. The texture of the specimen is extraordinary. There are dozens of vugs and small arborescent branches and extensions of the two finely crystalized minerals. This is a very rich specimen. Ex Philadelphia Academy of natural Sciences.
